Job summary

Metric Geo is partnering with a leading global construction consultancy to offer UK-based Quantity Surveyors the chance to relocate to the United States and work on some of North America's largest data centre developments.

Opportunities are available across multiple locations in the U.S., with salaries ranging up to $160,000 plus a 10% annual bonus, a relocation package of $10,000–$12,000, and unlimited paid time off. Visa sponsorship is available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Strong commercial and cost management experience.
• Must hold a British Passport.
• Open to relocating to the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial and cost management for major data centre projects in North America.
• Support relocation and visa sponsorship as part of the package.
• Collaborate with a global consultancy on hyperscale programmes.
