Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a UK-based Quantity Surveyor to relocate to the United States and work on major data centre developments. You will join a global consultancy delivering hyperscale projects with relocation support and a lucrative compensation package.

The role offers a base salary in the $110k–$120k range plus a 10% annual bonus, plus a relocation package worth $10k–$12k. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible UK candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Strong commercial and cost management experience.
• Must hold a British Passport.
• Open to relocating to the United States.
