Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support cost management on major data centre projects in the U.S.
• Contribute to commercial and contractual activities on hyperscale developments.
