Job summary

TP ICAP is hiring a Payroll professional to manage monthly payrolls in a hybrid Belfast team. You will handle starters, leavers, changes, bonuses and benefits, respond to employee queries, and work with HR to ensure data accuracy.

The role emphasizes timely delivery, strong Excel skills, and experience with in-house systems; Workday Payroll experience is a plus. The team supports payroll projects and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with in-house payroll processing and UK PAYE.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication with HR and employees.
• Ability to process payroll accurately and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Workday Payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls.
• Maintain payroll records for starters, leavers, changes and variable pay.
• Liaise with staff on payroll queries and with HR on data accuracy.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and reporting obligations.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and payroll projects.
• Assist on payroll integration projects including data cleansing.
