MCS Group is partnering with a global professional services organisation to recruit a Payroll Specialist in Belfast on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will manage UK payroll processing for the UK-based employees and collaborate with accounting teams.

This role offers a base salary of £40,000 with a broad benefits package, a 10% annual bonus, and flexible/hybrid working (3 days in the office). You will join a expanding payroll team and have clear career progression within a global

• Proven track record in processing comparable sized payroll.
• Strong end to end knowledge of UK payroll.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Our client is a well-established global professional services organisation with an extensive international presence. They are seeking a Payroll Specialist to prepare the monthly payroll for the UK based employees and work closely with the accounting teams.
