HiBob is seeking an experienced Payroll Solution Architect (Payroll CSA) to join our UK Customer Success Solutions Architect team. In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor, bridging customer needs, product vision, and scalable outcomes for UK Payroll.

You'll lead conversations on UKP best practices, guide implementations, and partner with Product and R&D to validate features. Strong English, deep payroll knowledge, and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of UK Payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solution Architect or Payroll consultant.
• Experience configuring payroll platforms in SaaS/B2B environments.
• Strong analytical and regulatory problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• CIPP qualification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance on UK Payroll configuration and integrations.
• Lead discovery and define implementation success criteria.
• Troubleshoot complex Payroll issues and escalate as needed.
• Translate legislation into actionable system recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to validate features.
• Develop scalable onboarding playbooks for Payroll implementations.
