Job summary

HiBob is seeking a Global Payroll Administrator to join our UK team. You will prepare and process payroll inputs across multiple regions, manage data integrity in the payroll system, and support statutory data preparation and pension processing.

This role collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, maintain compliance, and help build efficient, automated payroll workflows. A hybrid work model from day one supports flexible collaboration across our global Bobber community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience processing end to end payroll in a bureau or multi customer environment.
• Proficient with payroll systems and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Global Payroll Administration experience is highly advantageous, especially if that comes with an interest in the US!
