Job summary

HiBob is seeking an experienced Payroll Solution Architect (Payroll CSA) to join our Customer Success Solutions Architect team in the UK. You will develop deep expertise in HiBob’s UK Payroll module, serving as a bridge between customer needs, product vision, and scalable outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure the UK Payroll roadmap addresses real challenges, drives adoption, and delivers long-term value for our clients and HiBob

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of UK payroll legislation, compliance, and processes.
• Experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solution Architect, Implementation Manager, or Payroll Systems Consultant.
• Experience configuring or implementing payroll platforms in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex regulatory challenges.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, CS, and R&D with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• CIPP qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance to clients on UK Payroll configuration and integration points.
• Lead discovery and planning sessions to assess payroll readiness and define success criteria.
• Troubleshoot complex payroll issues and act as escalation point.
• Translate evolving legislation into actionable system recommendations.
• Partner with Product and R&D to validate new features and improve system functionality.
• Create scalable onboarding playbooks for Payroll implementations.
• Drive knowledge sharing and establish subject matter expertise within CS.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and methodologies for better outcomes.
