JLL in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced UK Operations Manager to lead the Amazon account across multiple sites. You will blend strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and operational oversight to safeguard contract profitability and client satisfaction.

You will drive risk management, performance reporting, and continuous service improvements, while mentoring teams and coordinating with vendors to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient facilities management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Hard Services account management.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in contract management and cost control.
• Demonstrable client relationship management success across multiple sites.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent H&S qualification.
• Experience across multiple service lines is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead hard services account management across multiple UK sites.
• Ensure contract profitability and cost-to-serve optimization.
• Oversee safety, auditing, and compliance across sites.
• Drive QBRs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals.
• Develop and coach operational teams to high performance.
