Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to lead end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management delivery across a multi-site, multi-country portfolio in London. The role reports to the Regional IFM Director and drives client satisfaction, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

You will oversee a large, multi-disciplinary team, manage significant FM budgets, govern supplier performance and champion technology adoption including AI-enabled solutions to deliver value for the client and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities management with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing large, complex FM portfolios.
• Experience across hard and soft FM services with client-facing leadership.
• Degree in FM, Engineering, Business or related; professional accreditations preferred.
• Strong stakeholder navigation and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end facilities management across multi-site portfolio.
• Manage senior client relationships and service delivery outcomes.
• Accountable for budget development, forecasting and financial targets.
• Gover nance with procurement, finance and account leadership.
• Drive FM technology adoption and data-led decision making.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation programmes.
