Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Head of Operations and Technical Services Manager at a London site, ensuring delivery of landlord operations to the highest standard. You will work with PAM teams and occupiers to meet the PMA and drive service excellence.

Key duties include assisting in procurement, records, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with PAM processes while promoting exceptional customer service across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Operations and Technical Services Manager in delivering landlord operations to a high standard.
• Collaborate with PAM teams and site stakeholders to meet the Property Management Agreement (PMA).
• Assist in procurement, supplier management and use of framework agreements.
• Maintain site records and assist in financial activities (invoices, PO processing).
• Contribute to service charge budgeting, variance reporting and reconciliations.

• Support health and safety, sustainability and building accreditations (WELL, BREEAM).
• Coordinate minor works and fabric maintenance contracts and disaster planning procedures.
