Job summary

TPH Global is looking for a Head of Operations (UK) to own the day-to-day running of the UK business, reporting to the Group CEO. It’s a hybrid role based at our Twickenham office with strong autonomy after 90 days.

You’ll translate priorities into the UK operating plan, manage payroll, customer success, finance operations and commercial activity, and provide clear visibility to Australian leadership on UK performance.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience in SME/scale-up or founder-led business.
• Proven ability to own operational problems end-to-end and drive results.
• Experience creating visibility for remote leadership, across time zones.
• Experience managing service delivery across multiple functions under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Translate Group priorities into a single UK operating plan and weekly cadence.
• Act as the senior UK operational face, delivering concise scorecards to leadership.
• Manage Payroll Manager and ensure payroll service reliability and accuracy.
• Oversee UK Customer Success across onboarding to retention lifecycle.
• Lead UK finance operations including billing and month-end processes.
• Collaborate with Business Development to maintain CRM discipline and handovers.
