Job summary

Moneyfarm is seeking a seasoned Head of UK Operations to lead the Core, Transfers and Support teams from its London base. You will drive client-centric service, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Compliance, Product and Tech to scale processes across the UK market.

You will own operational performance, implement streamlined procedures, and develop a high-performing team. This leadership role shapes a fast-growing fintech with a strong focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services operations or a similar leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of AML, MiFID, CASS and related regulatory regimes.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and scale operations for growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK Operations teams (Core, Transfers, and Support) to meet Group objectives and drive a client-first culture.
• Oversee KYC/AML checks, account activation/closure, and transfer management.
• Define and implement new processes, improve efficiency, and document SOPs.
• Build relationships with internal teams, custodians, regulators, and external partners.
• Own UK Operations performance dashboards, KPIs, and SLAs; address bottlenecks and resource needs.
