Tunstall Healthcare (UK) is seeking a Head of Service Operations to lead the UK Service Operations function, ensuring effective planning, scheduling and delivery across the customer journey, from initial requirement to invoicing. You will build strong leadership and processes that meet customer and financial targets.

The role emphasises transforming service operation through data, technology and continuous improvement, with collaboration across Field Operations, Commercial and Finance to deliver

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in service operations or comparable environment.
• Proven management in a technology-based, regulated or complex service setting.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and driving KPIs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with visibility of revenue and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Operations function with clear ownership and accountability.
• Lead and develop the Service Operations Manager and wider teams.
• Own performance standards, responsibilities and reporting.
• Collaborate with Field Operations to create a joined-up service.
• Oversee end-to-end service journey from estimating to invoicing.
• Drive planning, scheduling, capacity and demand management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work with Commercial and Finance on margins and cost performance.
• Lead continuous improvement and system development.
• Escalate and resolve service issues with clear ownership.
