COREcruitment Ltd is supporting a growing restaurant group in the South West / South Wales area to recruit an Operations Manager. The role is hands-on but strategic, focusing on developing GMs, building strong management teams and creating real accountability across sites.

Proven multi-site restaurant experience.
High-volume operational background.
Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
Experience developing GMs and second-tier management.
Strong commercial and operational understanding.
Comfortable across both FOH and kitchen operations.
Solutions-focused with autonomy and accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop general managers and management teams.
Provide hands-on operational support while shaping the strategic foundation for growth.
Foster accountability across sites and ensure a people-led culture.
Influence operations by improving training, development and technology infrastructure.
