Job summary

Grid Software is seeking a Regional Manager for the UK & Ireland to lead growth selling mission-critical enterprise software to electricity transmission and distribution operators. The role combines strategic sales leadership with direct engagement at senior levels across DNOs, TOs and Irish TSOs.

You will own the regional market, shape the sales strategy, and drive multi-year contracts while collaborating with product, consulting and services teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling enterprise software to electricity network operators in the UK/ Ireland.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting and territory planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UK & Ireland regional sales strategy.
• Lead complex enterprise software deals from initial engagement to contract.
• Build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders within DNOs, TOs and Irish TSOs.
• Navigate procurement processes and multi-stakeholder buying.
• Represent the organisation at industry events.
