Job summary

Lucy Electric is seeking a results-driven sales leader to manage the complete product range across the UK & Ireland. You will drive growth, lead a sales team, and secure new business while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

In this role you will prepare forecasts, pricing Proposals, and tenders, work closely with Service Delivery and Operations, and ensure profitable territory performance in line with the company strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive engineering sales and business development experience.
• Experience handling multiple medium to large bids and contracts.
• Knowledge of contract law and terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales for Lucy Electric product range within UK & Ireland.
• Lead and develop sales team; set targets and monitor performance.
• Forecast sales, prepare pricing proposals and tenders.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and build lasting relationships.
• Identify new opportunities and nurture existing accounts to exceed targets.
