You will lead a talented team, build strategic client partnerships, and ensure campaign excellence from planning to post-campaign analysis, aligning with global objectives.

This role is hybrid, UK-based, with autonomy to influence growth across top brands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a management leadership role within an agency.
• Experience scaling influencer businesses or large client books in the UK.
• Extensive experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Mastery-level knowledge in influencer marketing and leadership.
• Accountability for major revenue targets, cost centres, or budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UK influencer marketing strategy.
• Lead the Goat UK team and talent management.
• Drive year-on-year revenue growth from UK clients.
• Ensure high-quality planning, delivery, and reporting of campaigns.
• Collaborate with Global Campaign Delivery and Strategy teams.
