Job summary

WPP Media's Goat Agency is seeking an Associate Director to own and grow the programmatic proposition, primarily across the UK and US, with opportunities to support global projects. This senior, hands-on leadership role sits at the heart of our Influence Everywhere vision.

You will lead the programmatic team, shape strategy, manage campaigns end-to-end across display, video, CTV and retail media, and drive integration with influencer and social activity to deliver measurable ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience planning, executing and optimising programmatic campaigns.
• Hands-on proficiency with key DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360).
• Experience leading or overseeing programmatic specialists.
• Comfortable working across multiple formats (display, video, YouTube, CTV, retail media).

Responsibilities

• Own vision, roadmap and day-to-day leadership of programmatic at Goat.
• Lead and develop the programmatic team.
• Plan, build and optimise campaigns from briefing to reporting.
• Integrate programmatic with influencer and social activity to extend reach.
• Present insights to internal stakeholders and clients in a commercially meaningful way.
• Manage budgets and deliver against performance and ROI targets.
