Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a senior Vice President of Hotel Development to drive growth across the UK market. You will lead strategic partnerships, evaluate opportunities, and negotiate complex agreements to expand our hotel portfolio.

You will develop strong relationships with owners, developers, investors, and brand partners while representing Aimbridge at major industry events and driving long-term value for the business.

Qualifications

• Accomplished hospitality development professional with proven growth through partnerships.
• Experience in hotel development, real estate, investment, hospitality operations, or related commercial discipline.
• Strong understanding of management agreements, franchise structures, acquisitions, and hotel transactions.

Responsibilities

• Present a compelling business case for new management agreements to the executive team.
• Meet owners, developers, investors, and brand partners to discuss opportunities.
• Evaluate market opportunities, analyse viability, negotiate complex agreements, and build relationships.
