Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts seeks a Director Development Real Estate EMEA to join our team in London, UK. You will identify, originate and secure growth opportunities across branded residences, vacation rentals, serviced apartments, extended-stay products and other leisure real estate concepts.

This role requires a strong deal-making network, extensive travel across EMEA, and the ability to lead cross-functional development projects from market engagement to handover.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within hospitality development, real estate development, investments or leisure real estate.
• Proven success originating and closing complex commercial transactions.
• Strong network of developers, investors, owners and industry stakeholders across EMEA.
• Deep understanding of hotel, resort and leisure real estate investment and development.
• Experience working with institutional investors, private equity firms, family offices and major developers.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including feasibility and investment analysis.
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Experience engaging with senior executives, owners and investors.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and close new development opportunities across Europe.
• Build a robust pipeline of leisure real estate projects.
• Lead cross-functional development projects with internal teams.
• Represent Wyndham at major hospitality and real estate events.
• Structure and close deals including management, franchise and partnerships.
• Guide projects through approvals to handover to operations.
