Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Conference and Events department within a large hotel/venue. You will own operational delivery, drive performance, and collaborate with department heads to align with guest experience and commercial goals.

You will develop teams, recruit and onboard effectively, and use guest feedback and financial insight to implement improvements while fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience at Head of Department level or above within a large hotel and venue.
• Strong commercial mindset; understand how operational decisions influence financial performance.
• Ability to influence, lead跨 departments, and drive accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the venue operations and Conference & Events delivery to ensure high quality standards.
• Drive performance by working with department heads on recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Coach leaders to build capability and align standards with business goals.
• Use guest feedback, data and commercial insight to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Shape venue culture, set clear expectations and recognise contributions.
