Job summary
Gamma is hiring an Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead UK UC sales across Cisco Webex, SIP Trunking, Microsoft Teams and more. This UK-based, home-based role requires travel to client sites and offices as needed.

Qualifications
- Must have strong new-business experience in enterprise sales.
- Proven ability to sell UC/Collaboration solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new prospects through partnerships, co-selling, and self-sourcing.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to generate cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
- Manage deals through the pipeline using structured sales methodologies.
- Lead deal governance and contract negotiations; close deals with internal support.
- Log activities in Gamma Hub (Salesforce) and use sales tools effectively.
- Contribute to team ideas, projects and coaching of colleagues.
