Job summary

Gamma is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive UK UC sales across our collaboration portfolio, including Cisco Webex and Teams. You will navigate complex client relationships, apply proven sales processes, and close high-value contracts while working from a home-based base with travel to client sites as needed.

You will partner with account teams to expand opportunities, manage the full lifecycle of deals, and contribute to the growth of Gamma's Enterprise sales function in

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business development and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong experience with solution-led selling and understanding customer needs.
• Experience selling Unified Communications solutions, ideally including Cisco WebEx.
• History of closing new business opportunities and managing large sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new prospects through partnerships, co-selling, marketing, and self-sourcing.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to generate cross-sell Collaboration opportunities.
• Use appropriate sales methodologies to manage deals through the pipeline.
• Participate in deal governance and contract negotiations.
• Close deals with support from internal functions where needed.
• Lead by example with high energy and confidence, delivering value across the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure activity data is logged in Gamma Hub (Salesforce) and use sales tools.
• Contribute to ideas, projects, and development of colleagues within Enterprise sales.
