Job summary

Gamma is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager – Unified Communications and Collaboration Tools to drive UK UC sales from a home-based role with travel to client sites and offices as needed.

You will lead new business development across the collaboration portfolio (Cisco Webex, SIP Trunking, Microsoft Teams, and related services), navigating complex relationships and closing multi-million-pound opportunities with a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Proven sales professional with new business development experience.
• Strong ability to manage vendor relationships and alliances.
• Experience selling Unified Communications solutions, e.g. Cisco WebEx.
• Track record of closing new business opportunities and meeting large targets.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage deals through full sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new prospects through partnerships, co-selling, and self-sourcing.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to generate cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage deals through the pipeline using appropriate sales methodologies.
• Lead contract negotiations and deal governance.
• Close deals with support from internal teams when needed.
• Set a high-energy example and lead by influence across the sales team.
• Provide a solution-oriented approach across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure all activities are logged in Gamma Hub (Salesforce) and sales tools used.
