Job summary

Xero is seeking a GTM Director for the UK to drive strategic GTM initiatives during a 12-month parental leave cover. You will align product development with Sales, Marketing and Operations, overseeing major product launches and ensuring commercial objectives are met.

You will make regional GTM trade-offs, allocate resources, and maintain momentum by establishing operational cadences and leveraging AI-enabled execution across key work streams for UK partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership experience driving go-to-market initiatives across regions.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define UK GTM strategy and operating model across events and deadlines.
• Lead cross-functional alignment forums for shared accountability and clear decision-making.
• Oversee UK GTM roadmap with tools like Asana and AI like Claude to streamline delivery.
• Maintain documentation of initiatives to ensure smooth handback.
