Job summary

Xero in London is seeking a Director of GTM Execution to lead the UK go-to-market agendas during a 12-month parental leave cover. You will align product, sales, and marketing to ensure launches meet commercial targets and maintain momentum across strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Strategic leadership experience driving complex, multi-regional GTM programmes and launches.
Proven ability to align Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations around shared outcomes.
Strong business acumen with ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with portfolio management tools (Asana/Jira) to keep workstreams transparent.

Responsibilities

Define, evolve and execute the UK GTM strategy and operating model across events and deadlines.
Lead cross-functional alignment forums to drive accountability and decision-making.
Oversee the UK GTM roadmap, leveraging AI tools to streamline delivery and communication.
Document initiatives and decisions to enable a smooth handback to the permanent holder.
