Job summary

EY is seeking a Business Development Associate Director for Government & Infrastructure (G&I) to lead growth strategies, identify opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle with government clients. The role requires active SC clearance or eligibility for required security vetting and involves working with MOD, Defence and National Security stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the government landscape and procurement processes.
• Proven success in selling to government agencies and public sector entities.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic BD plans for government accounts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted BD strategies for government accounts, including market analysis and opportunity identification.
• Forge and nurture relationships with government officials, agencies and decision-makers.
• Lead proposal development, bids and presentations for government opportunities.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting government procurements.
