Broadsheet Media in the UK is seeking a General Manager to drive growth across the UK market and align editorial, audience, sales, and operations with the group’s strategy. The role reports to the Publisher/CEO and works with the Group leadership to deliver sustainable profitability.

The GM will provide leadership across all Broadsheet functions, ensuring consistent editorial and commercial output and seamless integration with the Australian team.

Responsabilités

• Set annual and quarterly strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure editorial, brand and commercial output quality across the UK.
• Coordinate integration between Australian and UK teams.
• Lead sales and commercial studio to drive advertising and reader revenue growth.
• Oversee budget and P&L with financial controller; manage costs to KPI targets.
• Hire, train and manage staff; monitor productivity and morale.
• Strengthen brand standing with audiences, clients and community.
