Job summary

Quickparts is seeking a Sales Manager to drive UK sales growth, manage key accounts, and implement the European commercial strategy. This is a hands-on, field-based role with direct client engagement—prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing—across aerospace, medical, automotive, defense, and industrial customers.

You will own the UK territory, manage major accounts, and push revenue growth while collaborating with the Commercial Director and marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of technical-commercial B2B experience in prototyping or plastic/metal parts manufacturing.
• Commercial education equivalent to BAC+2 and/or technical training in plastics or metallurgy.
• Knowledge of injection moulding/tooling process is advantageous.
• Experience developing key account portfolios and acquiring new clients.
• Strong technical understanding of client needs.
• Experience with on-demand manufacturing technologies, products and services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with precision and responsiveness.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to travel regularly nationally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing client accounts through field prospecting.
• Advise and guide clients after needs analyses.
• Prepare and send quotations.
• Present technical offers and close sales.
• Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings.
• Implement the European commercial strategy within the UK territory.
• Collaborate with marketing to guide UK strategies and trade shows.
