You will develop opportunities, meet clients face-to-face, and work toward ambitious sales and margin targets, with a strong emphasis on proactive networking and market insight to fuel

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, field sales or account management.
• Ideally experience selling fasteners within aerospace.
• Strong new business mindset with drive to identify and convert opportunities.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working to sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and identifying opportunities for profitable sales growth.
• Managing and developing existing customer relationships.
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Regularly meeting customers face-to-face across your territory.
• Working towards sales, turnover and gross margin targets.
• Working closely with internal sales and wider teams to develop opportunities.
• Providing market and customer insight to support future growth.
• Promoting the business and its capabilities through customer visits, networking and industry activity.
