Job summary

PPF Solutions UK Ltd is seeking a Field-based Sales professional to drive new business across the UK print and packaging sector. You will build a robust territory, grow the customer base and generate recurring revenue through cross-selling consumables and tooling.

The role is remote (UK) with UK-wide travel, offering £40,000–£55,000 base plus £92,000 OTE and uncapped commissions. A company car, pension and premium remote working tools are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success in a new business, B2B sales, account management, or territory management role.
• Commercial mindset with ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn an industrial product catalog.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across procurement to production levels.
• Valid UK Driving Licence for frequent client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Territory Growth: Identify, target, and convert new B2B customer accounts across the UK to drive region profitability.
• Account Retention: Maintain relationships with newly acquired accounts and cross-sell opportunities across consumables and hardware product lines.
• Pipeline Management: Handle enquiries from quote requests through to delivery and long-term supply agreements.
• Value-Based Solution Selling: Educate clients on how our offerings maximize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Client Consultation: Work with clients' procurement and production teams to identify material and hardware needs.
• Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams for accurate specs and timely deliveries.
• Commercial Accuracy: Manage pricing, contracts, and sales forecasting using the company CRM system.
