Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking an experienced internal or field sales professional to move into a UK field sales role selling capital equipment to the food industry. You will receive full product training and spend 3–6 months shadowing a Sales Manager.

Based home-based with nationwide UK coverage, you will use the CRM to generate qualified leads, canvass clients and build a £1m turnover target by year three. Circa £45k base plus commission up to ~£10k.

Qualifications

• Experienced internal or field sales person selling capital equipment to the food industry.
• Sales background in packaging machinery or technical solutions desirable.
• Engineering qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Home-based UK role, generating leads via CRM and canvassing clients.
• Shadow a Sales Manager for 3–6 months before taking full responsibility.
• Target a £1 million turnover by year three.
