Job summary

Express Recruitment is seeking an experienced Field Sales Professional to cover the Cambridge area for a leading technical services provider. The role focuses on managing client relationships, driving revenue, and expanding IT support contracts with a consultative approach.

The package includes a basic salary up to £40k with uncapped commission and an expected OTE of £75k, plus a company car or car allowance, pension, and perks such as free flu vaccinations and eye tests.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within the Managed Print industry or related sectors.
• Ability to manage business relationships and lead teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities to explain complex tech to clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, consultative support to drive client retention and revenue growth.
• Engage with new and existing customers to secure and expand IT support contracts.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor IT solutions across cloud, security and infrastructure.
