Winner Recruitment is working exclusively with a well-established, family-run facilities management business that has been operating successfully for over 20 years. The Business Development Manager will own new business generation across the UK in a genuine hunter role, building relationships with senior decision-makers and converting opportunities into long-term FM contracts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing hard and soft FM contracts, ideally across sectors

Qualifications

• The successful candidate is a proven hunter who can secure hard and soft facilities management contracts.
• Experience across sectors such as retail, industrial, commercial and multi-site environments is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across the facilities management sector.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with growth potential.
• Engage stakeholders, coordinate with marketing and operations, and support mobilisation of new contracts.
