Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, preferably from within the Real Estate industry.
• Excellent communication and networking skills at high levels.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by identifying, building and managing an active pipeline from one-off work to full-service accounts.
• Understand and articulate the full range of FM products and services to clients.
• Build deep internal relationships and effectively coordinate with SMEs across the business.
• Ensure smooth transition of work to Account Directors after winning opportunities.
• Define a compelling value proposition and influence decision-makers at executive levels.
• Oversee pitch production, tender documents and presentations in line with company standards.
• Provide regular forecasting and reporting; contribute to revenue targets.
