Job summary

myDNA Life Europe is seeking a Client Services Specialist to act as the face of the company for UK and European clients. You will resolve inquiries across phone, email, and chat, manage orders and accounts, and collaborate with global teams to ensure accurate, timely service.

The role requires experience in client services within regulated industries, strong written/verbal communication, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for UK/European clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve enquiries about DNA test kits, orders, results, and accounts within SLAs.
• Manage orders, replacements, returns, and account updates in CRM systems.
