Job summary

SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking a Field Application Specialist to train and support customers on our NGS and liquid handling solutions across Europe. Based in the UK or EU5, you will travel extensively to install, train, and troubleshoot, translating complex workflows into practical guidance.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams, draft protocol documents, and contribute to lab projects. Fluent English is required, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on wet-lab NGS experience required.
• Previous experience in a FAS/Implementation/ SME role preferred.
• Ability to travel 60-75% across Europe to train and support customers.
• English fluency; additional European languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to customers on SOPHiA GENETICS solutions and manage support.
• Train internal and external collaborators.
• Elaborate laboratory documents and protocols.
• Coordinate with development and marketing for product/market implementation.
