Job summary

Uber is seeking a senior leader to head the UK Enterprise Customer Success organization. You will guide ~10 CSMs and ACs to drive growth, health, and platform retention for major national restaurant brands, from Rosa’s Thai to Greggs.

You will set strategic direction, scale insights-led approaches, and align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver ROI-driven outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment across Local, Regional, and Global levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Commercial Operations, Analytics, or Strategy.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable growth plans for Enterprise partners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence at senior levels.
• Balance strategic direction with operational clarity to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10 CSMs and ACs; own operational metrics and career pathways.
• Allocate resources across Strategic, National, and Mid-Market portfolios for UK Enterprise growth.
• Coach teams on executive-level partner advocacy and problem solving with clear ROI narratives.
• Architect data and insight strategies; standardize performance measurement and reporting frameworks.
