Job summary

Strise is hiring an Account Executive to drive UK expansion by selling our SaaS and AI platform to AML-regulated financial institutions. You will own the full sales cycle, building a robust UK pipeline and engaging compliance leaders as well as C-suite executives.

The role requires a quota-driven mindset, resilience, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments. Hybrid work from our London office is supported, with a focus on growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS to AML regulated financial institutions.
• Ability to run multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Proven track record of building and managing UK pipelines.
• Strong communication with C-suite and compliance leads.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust UK pipeline across AML regulated financial institutions.
• Run complex enterprise sales cycles, including board-level approvals for change management.
• Demo and sell SaaS and agentic AI to deliver business ROI.
• Highlight system and process improvements to drive compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, post-sales, product and tech to advance deals.
