Job summary

Humanscale is seeking a temporary UK Engineering Operations Coordinator to support the engineering team by ensuring parts and information are available for customer visits. You will handle customer and dealer inquiries, process warranty and repair quotations, and coordinate engineers for service visits.

The role focuses on efficient operations, strong communication with dealers and customers, and maintaining accurate records across the UK operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the UK Support mailbox, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and prioritised.
• Provide timely, professional customer service and respond to client enquiries promptly.
• Generate quotations based on engineering audit reports and warranty enquiries.
• Submit orders to the Dublin Customer Service team for processing.
• Coordinate engineers’ visits and maintain the repair log for tracking.
