Job summary

Mondi Group is seeking an experienced B2B sales leader to drive the growth of its eCommerce packaging business in the UK. You will own new business development, grow existing accounts, and deliver innovative packaging solutions.

The role requires building strategic account plans, identifying market opportunities, and working closely with operations, marketing and customer service to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B Sales or Key Account Management.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and pricing strategies.
• Strategic mindset for opportunities in mature markets.
• Strong business acumen to understand customer KPIs and develop value propositions.
• Excellent influencing and negotiation with senior decision-makers.
• Collaborative across marketing, customer service and operations.
• Willingness to travel outside the UK.
• Proficient with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Take full sales responsibility for Mondi’s eCommerce packaging solutions in the UK.
• Identify new business opportunities in the eCommerce market.
• Develop and implement a 3-year strategic account plan.
• Build long-term customer partnerships based on trust and value.
• Collaborate with plants, marketing and customer service teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Contribute customer insights to strategy and innovation.
