Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the UK.
• Build market knowledge and grow the small plastics sector.
• Manage existing customer relationships to maximise retention and growth.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance to provide excellent support.
• Deliver customer presentations and product proposals.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reporting.
