Job summary

The Hut Group (THG) Beauty is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager in Manchester to lead regional forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis. The role collaborates with Activation and Ecommerce to align regional plans with global strategy and ensure launches perform well.

You will own regional revenue, spend and COS delivery, forecast accuracy, and in-month optimization across channels. A data-driven mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in regional performance marketing is desirable.
• Ability to forecast and reforecast based on performance data.
• Strong collaboration with activation and ecommerce teams.

Responsibilities

• Regional forecasting across revenue, spend and COS.
• Lead in-month reforecasting based on actualised performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities early.
• Maintain confidence and clarity in regional outlooks.
• Understand budget spend across channels.
• Analyse performance across channels and categories.
• Recommend budget shifts to improve outcomes.
• Highlight inefficiencies or channel dependencies.
• Feed regional insights into global decisions.
• Own regional performance view of priority categories and launches.
• Forecast and review launches accurately.
• Maintain always-on performance discipline across BAU.
• Collaborate with Activation on campaign and launch planning.
• Align performance metrics with trading goals with Ecommerce.
• Provide clear regional performance updates and escalate risks.
