Job summary

THG Beauty is hiring an Ecommerce Executive to drive site performance and trading decisions. You’ll work with TeePee, Superset, Tableau and GA to monitor KPIs, set up offers, and optimise Revenue, GP and CVR.

You’ll collaborate across channels and categories to bring the trade plan to life and deliver measurable impact. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using analytics and experimentation tools to optimise performance.
• Ability to set up and manage different offer types independently.
• Strong understanding of Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR and Traffic metrics.

Responsibilities

• Use TeePee, Superset, Tableau, ContentSquare, Campaign Manager and GA to analyse performance.
• Offers: independently set up all offer types.

Why be a Ecommerce Executive at THG Beauty

Supports overall performance of the website; ensures banners are live, GWPs actioned and performance is where it needs to be. Works with Manager to bring the trade plan to life, collaborating with key channels and categories.

As an Ecommerce Executive you’ll

• Systems: competently use TeePee, Superset, Tableau, ContentSquare, Campaign Manager and GA; can manipulate SQL queries with support.
• Offers: independently set up all offer types.
• KPIs: demonstrate strong understanding of Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR & Traffic and their relationship, suggesting actions to influence them.
• Site Execution: consistently strong accuracy and ownership of site pages with a customer‑journey focus; use CSQ to inform decisions and monitor impact.
• GP & Buying: thorough understanding of GP metrics to drive the right actions; close relationship with Buying.
• Reporting: independently complete Missed Opps and Daily Performance reporting, with context to enhance commentary.
• Ownerships: thorough understanding of own role and responsibilities; actively look for ways to drive these areas.
