Job summary

Capital One UK is seeking an energetic data governance professional to lead data stewardship within the UK business. You will oversee data lifecycle, metadata, and lineage to ensure data is treated as a corporate asset.

This role partners with Data Owners and Senior Leaders to drive data quality, compliance (GDPR) and value delivery for stakeholders, including AI initiatives. We offer a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two at home, plus a learning fund and a strong culture of

• Maintain metadata, data descriptions, and lineage for GDPR compliance and security.
• Flag data risks and align with risk/governance committees.
