Capital One Europe in Nottingham or London is seeking a Head of Data Management to lead a team of 12 data stewards and data management professionals, driving governance and data quality across the UK organisation.

You will develop a compelling data management strategy, oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with senior leaders to foster data-driven decision making. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with office days in Nottingham or London.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data regulation.
• Experience with database management and data quality processes.
