Capital One is recruiting for a UK-based Data Governance Lead to champion data governance and steward data assets across the UK business. You will partner with Accountable Executives to manage data activities and drive data quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Champion data governance and steward ship within the UK business and manage data as a corporate asset.
• Support day-to-day data activities on behalf of Accountable Executives and Senior Leaders.
• Drive improvements to data quality and enrichment, tracking value delivered.
• Maintain metadata, data descriptions, and lineage while ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Flag data risks or control issues to risk and governance committees.
