Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a dynamic UK Sales Manager, Data Centers, to lead growth across the UK data center market. You will own the strategy, engage hyperscale operators, and drive revenue by aligning Hitachi Energy's energy and infrastructure solutions with client objectives.

You will collaborate with regional teams, tendering, and engineering to ensure a coordinated sales lifecycle from early engagement to contract award and long-term development, with travel across the UK and a base in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for data center customers.
• Strong relationship-building with hyperscale operators and providers.
• Experience collaborating across sales, tendering, engineering and project delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel across the UK (circa 35%).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the UK sales strategy for Data Center customers.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key Data Center clients and partners.
• Create robust sales plans, forecasts, and stakeholder maps to drive revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities, align Hitachi Energy's solutions to client goals, and close deals.
• Collaborate with local sales teams, tendering, and technical experts across the lifecycle.
