Job summary

PepsiCo UK is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end Customer Collaboration across major Discounter accounts. You will guide demand and supply planning, build strong customer partnerships, and align cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence and sustainable growth.

In this role, you will steer Integrated Business Planning activities, influence stakeholders, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced consumer goods environment across UK sites.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Collaboration, Demand Planning, or Customer Operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the supply chain collaboration strategy for key Discounter customers, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and senior internal stakeholders, acting as the primary supply chain contact.
  • Drive forecast accuracy and demand planning through effective collaboration and insight sharing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service, availability, inventory performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead regular business reviews, providing clear visibility of risks, opportunities, and performance.
  • Manage supply chain risks and issues, delivering timely solutions to maintain customer service excellence.
  • Support the successful delivery of product launches, promotions, and range changes through cross-functional coordination.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for customer collaboration, influencing best practices and supporting future business growth.

About the role

To lead the end-to-end Customer Collaboration agenda across designated Discounter customers, ensuring industry-leading service delivery through effective demand and supply planning, strong customer partnerships, and robust cross-functional collaboration.

The role is accountable for driving service performance, supply chain excellence, and strategic customer engagement by integrating customer intelligence into the business planning process, leading customer-specific Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities, and influencing internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

As the supply chain lead for key customer accounts, this role provides strategic direction, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and develops high-performing teams while ensuring alignment with PepsiCo UK business objectives
